Mexican-Style Chicken Parmesan Burger

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 198.44 g ground chicken breast, patty (We always grind boneless chicken breast and form patties for the freezer)
  • 44.37 ml fruit salsa (mango or pineapple work well)
  • 28.34 g monterey jack pepper cheese
  • 1 whole wheat hamburger bun

Directions

  1. On grill or in skillet cook patty about 6 minutes per side, it should feel pretty firm to touch.
  2. Toast roll, if desired (recommended).
  3. Put 1 tbls salsa on bottom.
  4. Lay slice of cheese on top.
  5. Top with 2 more tbls salsa.
  6. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
