Directions

  1. Sweat the onion, then brown the beef. Drain.
  2. Add the taco seasoning according to directions, salt, garlic, and salsa. Heat through then add the beans.
  3. Boil potatoes, Mash then add the margarine, milk, chilies, and cheese.
  4. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Add the meat mixture, then the corn, and finally layer on the mashed potatoes.
  5. Make at 350 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
