- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple, crushed
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten

- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Cake.
- Blend sugar, flour, baking soda, chopped pecans, crushed pineapple, and eggs.
- Pour into 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Frosting.
- Blend all ingredients.
- Spoon and spread on cake when cooled.
