  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar (the other 1/2 cup is for later), vanilla, and butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat till mixed and fluffy.
  • Add the salt, flour, and pecans to the mixture till it forms a dough.
  • Shape into 1 inch balls and put on an ungreased cookie sheet about one inch from each other.
  • Bake for about 15 to 20 minute They should not brown. But they will be set.
  • Let them cool SLIGHTLY then roll them in the other 1/2 cup of powder sugar you put aside.
  • Let them finish cooling then roll them one more time in the powder sugar.
  • Your done! Enjoy.
