  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (more to taste)
  • 12 cup ice, crushed

  • Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
