ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup Grape-nuts cereal
- 3⁄4 cup walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup raisins
directions
- Combine all dry ingredients. (Oats to seeds).
- Combine wet ingredients and salt. (Don't add raisins yet). Pour over cereal mixture. Mix to coat well.
- Spread on greased baking sheets. Bake, stirring frequently for 30 minutes at 300 degrees F. Cool.
- Store in airtight conatiner.
- Add raisins at serving time.
