Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 almond halves, toasted
  • 2 pear halves in natural juice, preferably canned (for authenticity)
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 pieces angelica, cut into 1/8 inch by 2 inches (crystalized candy)

Directions

  1. Carefully place the pear halves, round side up, in the serving dish.
  2. At the narrow end of each half, add two almond halves to make mouse ears.
  3. Place one clove for the noses. (Be sure not to eat.).
  4. At the other end, insert the angelica to make a tail. Enjoy with your favorite cookies!
