Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup soymilk (or other milk)
  • 12 cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup strawberry, stemmed
  • 12 cup pineapple chunk
  • 12 lemon, juice of (for tartness if desired) (optional)
  • 14 teaspoon vitamin C powder (1 capsule)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 14 cup fresh seedless grapes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If you'd like an iced smoothie, blend and then add ice to desired consistency.
