Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups chicken breasts (sliced cooked chicken breast ,boneless, cooked, sliced and cooled . You can boil the chicken in seas)
  • 2 -3 broccoli florets (crowns fresh large ones cut into spears and lightly steamed approx 4-5 minuted, DO NOT OVERCOOK)
  • 2 cups rice (cooked)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup mayonnaise (you can use light)
  • 14 cup sherry wine (cream sherry, generously poured)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in 13x9 pyrex dish, coated with cooking spray. spread cooked rice into bottom of dish. place broccoli between layers of chicken top with sauce.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees unil bubbly and heated through (approx 45 min).
