Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (16 ounce) cans sweet corn, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 12-34 cup cracker crumb
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and pour corn mixture into dish.
  3. Cover and microwave 20 minutes or until firm.
