"These are so easy! I used to make these with my friends for a late night treat after a night of fun. They don't beat brownies from scratch but close enough for me! I have also made a lighter version with egg beaters and 1/2 applesauce 1/2 butter with great results!"

ingredients

2 eggs, large
1 cup white sugar
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
¹⁄₂ cup butter, melted
³⁄₄ cup flour
¹⁄₄ cup cocoa

directions

Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla, beat 1 minute or until batter turns light.
Add melted butter, flour and cocoa.
Pour into a greased 8" microwave safe dish.
Cook on high for 4-5 minutes or until center is set.

These turned out really well using a microwave. The brownies are very fudgy and dense and have a great chocolate flavor. Completely finished in 4 1/2 minutes in my 1200 watt microwave. Made for the New Kids on the Block tag game!
