  1. butter and 8x8" dish and line with foil.
  2. combine marshmallow cream, evaporated milk, margarine, sugar and salt in large glass bowl --
  3. cook on high for 6 minutes.or until boiling.stirring twice during cooking.
  4. cook on medium for 3 minutes, stirring once.
  5. add butterscotch chips, stirring until melted.stir in walnuts.
  6. spoon into prepared dish.
  7. chill until firm.
  8. cut into squares.
