  1. Pour popped corn into a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, except soda, in a 2 quart microwavable bowl.
  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then stir.
  4. Microwave again on high.
  5. Watch it, and when it begins to boil, microwave 1 minute longer.
  6. Remove from microwave and stir in baking soda.
  7. Pour mixture over popped corn and stir to distribute.
  8. Enjoy!
