Microwave Cranberry Relish

"My Mom took a microwave cooking classwhen we got our first microwave (late 80's). This is one of the recipies she got and we tried. It's actually pretty good and really simple to make. Great if you have a full stove top of food cooking and a free microwave."

  1. This is certainly a quick-and-easy way to make your own cranberry sauce! Since I wasn't sure about the juice & pulp of the orange, I just peeled it & then diced it up SMALL & put all the resulting juice & pulp in! Easy to jazz it up, if that's what you want, but it's tasty just as it is! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Spring's PAC]

I'm a married father of one. I work for box manufacturer in a nearby town. When I'm not working I spend as much time with my family as I can. My Mom taught me to cook growing up and with a PA Dutch and Slovack background none of it is light fare. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
