  • Place condensed milk, butter and sugar in a large microwaveable bowl and microwave on full power for 3 minutes then stir.
  • Microwave for a further 10-16 minutes (depending on your microwave), stirring every 2 minutes until the mixture reaches the 'hard ball stage'.
  • Once at the correct stage, mix in vanilla and quickly pour into a greased baking tray.
  • Leave to set.
  • Cut into Squares when cool.
