  • 13 cup meat drippings or 1/3 cup poultry dripping
  • 2 cups broth, warm or 2 cups water
  • 13 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted
  • salt & pepper

  • Combine drippings and flour in 4 cup glass measure. Stir in broth. Season to taste.
  • Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until thickened.
