Directions

  1. In a skillet on the stove, brown beef with onion and bell pepper.
  2. Add water, tomato sauce and spices.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. In a microwavable dish, layer the noodles (raw), sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella.
  5. Repeat twice ending with parmesan.
  6. Tightly cover with plastic wrap.
  7. Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
