  1. yum yum yum, thanks for making this so easy... also if you want to swap half the plain SR flour for wholemeal SR flour and add a bit of coconut its super delicious :)

  2. I just cooked it and it tasted great. even tho i had to cook it a bit longer then the 12 mins because the middle was still a little gewy the flavor was perfect not too rich or too sweet. id cook it again. and iv copied the recipe to keep.

  3. worst recipe ever! Bland, not chocolatey, hard as rock, flour clumps, gross gross gross!

  4. Just made this pudding, and it's been demolished in 20 minutes! I did cut down the sugar in both the sponge and topping and it turned out great and tasted real good. I'll never make a baked one again and I'll always use this recipe. I had mo problem with it boiling over too.

  5. For some reason, the recipe of my mother's I use just doesn't work anymore and I don't do anything I haven't done before. But I jumped onto Google and found this. Gave it a go - didn't have anything to loose. Rich and chocolaty though I don't measure the cocoa - I just spoon it in. Very sweet but how chocolate pudding should be. I only cooked on high for 10 minutes but I found it a little dry and heavy. Next time I'll use oil instead of butter and I bring the milk to the boil and add half a teaspoon of baking soda. I think you need to add in the different power levels for different watt microwaves though so there are a lot less disappointed people. Other than it being a little dry and heavy, it was thoroughly enjoyed and is going into my book for next time!
