  1. In an oversize microwave-safe mug, add applesauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, salt and sugar and whisk well.
  2. Add cocoa powder and whisk well. Add flour and whisk well.
  3. Microwave for about 60 to 90 seconds and remove from microwave (centre should be still be mushy as this will continue to set once out of the microwave).
  4. While still warm, top with fat-free whipped topping and enjoy.
