  • 2 carrots, small and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into this strips
  • 3 teaspoons spice for vegetables, McCormick Vegetable Supreme, to taste
  • 14-12 cup water

Directions

  1. In a microwave safe low profile pan, layer carrots, zucchini and then bell pepper, sprinkling with spice at each layer.
