  1. Although this mix is said to last up to a year, I did cut the recipe in half nonetheless, since I do like the spices I use to be considerably fresher than that! And, even though I'm not usually big on curry dishes, I used this initially to spice up a rice dish, & now look forward to using it on numerous other veggie dishes in the near future ~ Very nice combo of spices here! [Made & reviewed while in the Middle East with ZWT6]
