"Supposedly this is from Commander's Palace in New Orleans - it is awesome for brunch or on Christmas morning!!! I sometimes use Bourbon instead of brandy, but that's just my taste!"

- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄2 cup brandy
