ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1⁄2 cup red onion
- 1 (11 ounce) can corn niblets
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1⁄2 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic
directions
- Mix everything together.
- Cover and chill for an hour or more in the refrigerator to let the flavors develop.
- serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
