Directions

  1. Prepare cannelloni noodles as directed on box.
  2. Brown the ground turkey.
  3. Finely chop bell peppers and mushrooms.
  4. Mix cottage cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, and turkey.
  5. Stuff cannelloni noodles with mixture by putting mixture into a zip lock bag, cut the corner, and squeeze.
  6. Mix the dried basil and tomato sauce and put on top of the noodles.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese on top of noodles.
  8. Put into oven at 375 until cheese is melted.
