Mildred's Salmon Loaf

"My grandma's simple recipe for salmon loaf. You can use canned salmon, but this is so much better with the fresh stuff. I usually cook a whole salmon on the grill and then make this with some of the leftovers."

ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 14 cup milk
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 10 -12 crackers, crushed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

directions

  • Mix all ingredients together well.
  • Spread in greased 9x9 baking dish.
  • Bake @ 325 for 45 minutes.
