Directions

  1. Boil milk till it reduces into quarter litre.
  2. Soak almond for about an hour, peel off and grind them into fine paste.
  3. Add sugar, semolina and almond paste into milk and cook till the mixture thickens.
  4. Now add ghee and switch of the stove.
  5. Stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides rolls into a ball.
  6. Pat this mixture in a plate cut it into desired shapes.
