- 1 1⁄2 ounces Amaretto
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cinnamon
directions
- Combine milk, amaretto and vanilla extract in a blender for 60 seconds.
- Pour over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Stir with a straw, and serve.

This was a pretty simple and tasty drink, however I felt it was a bit on the bland side... so I added some chocolate syrup after trying it the original way first and I liked it better that way. Maybe if I had some whipped cream on hand that would have been nice too. I really liked the frothy texture of it and the cinnamon was a nice touch.
