¹⁄₂ cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice

directions

Pour milk into a spritz (spray) bottle.
Start to spray milk evenly and throughly into ends of you hair working up towards the roots as you move along, spraying most of the milk onto your roots.
When done leave milk in for 30 minutes.
Shampoo and condition your hair.
