Directions

  1. Place water and meat in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients except for frozen vegetables and zucchini.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours. Add vegetables and zucchini during last hour of cooking.
  3. Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
  4. To serve: thaw. Heat until hot and bubbly. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
