  1. We loved these little delights! I bought little ramekin dishes and came home and was dying to try to make similar little chocolate cakes I had at a dinner in Switzerland one time. However, a lot of similar recipes called for bar chocolate and I didn't have any in my pantry that afternoon. This recipe caught my eye as it used cocao powder. These were awesome! We did serve them with whipped cream, but the ones I had many years ago in Switzerland had thick english clotted cream on top and that would have been perfect. If I was making them for guests that's what I would use. <br/>This recipe is really good and really easy. Just what I like, as I am not much a dessert maker. Yummy!
