1. These were one of the things that disappeared quickly from my appetizer table. I was running short of time, and used a colby/monterey jack cheese pre-shredded blend rather than taking the time to shred my monterey jack cheese. I also add a bit more mustard to the filling. The butter flavor of the crescent roll crust really complimented the saltiness of the ham and the sharp flavor of the mustard. We will definately have these again.

 2. This was a very quick and simple meal to fix. Loved the refrigerated crescent dinner rolls. They just made it. Thanks for posting.

 4. Really easy and tasty - disappeared quickly and my kids really liked them too - which is always a plus - I didn't add the dijon mustard, only because I didn't have any - they were still great! These will be made again!

 5. I made this for a Stampin Up! demonstration I had at my house - all the ladies LOVED them!! Thanks for the recipe. I did find that there wasn't quite enough filling for 24 cups, but I may have put a bit too much in each cup. It was very easy to put together and I will definitely make again.

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
