  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine onion, bread crumbs, bell pepper, dry milk, water, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce, eggs, parsley, garlic salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add ground beef; mix lightly but thoroughly.
  3. Place meat mixture into mini loaf pans. Flatten the top, & cover with remaining ketchup & BBQ sauce mixture.
  4. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
