1 pint chocolate ice cream
³⁄₄ cup coarsely crushed coconut cookie crumbs
1 medium ripe banana, cut in half lengthwise then thinly sliced
¹⁄₂ cup Smucker's® Simple Delight™ Chocolate Coconut Flavored Topping
whipped cream
¹⁄₄ cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted

directions

PLACE 1 small scoop ice cream into each of 12 (2 oz.) mini clear plastic or glass parfait cups.
TOP each with 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs. Divide banana evenly into parfait cups. Drizzle each with 1 rounded teaspoon topping.
TOP with whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
