- 1 pint chocolate ice cream
- 3⁄4 cup coarsely crushed coconut cookie crumbs
- 1 medium ripe banana, cut in half lengthwise then thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup Smucker's® Simple Delight™ Chocolate Coconut Flavored Topping
- whipped cream
- 1⁄4 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
directions
- PLACE 1 small scoop ice cream into each of 12 (2 oz.) mini clear plastic or glass parfait cups.
- TOP each with 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs. Divide banana evenly into parfait cups. Drizzle each with 1 rounded teaspoon topping.
- TOP with whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
