Ingredients Nutrition
- 1 1⁄2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 3⁄4 cup oatmeal
- salt & pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup catsup
Directions
- Mix the first 7 ingredients together well and shape into balls. Put meat balls in a 2 qt baking dish or 9 x 13 pan. Blend the remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 325. I like to cover with foil and then uncover for the last half hour.
