- 177.44 ml sugar
- 236.59 ml water
- 59.14 ml honey
- 473.18 ml mint leaves, packed
directions
- Boil the sugar and water until dissovled.
- Add honey.
- Stir in mint and bring to a boil.
- Let steep until it turns green, about 1/2 hour.
- Pour through a sieve.
- Keep in refrigerator.
