- 2 family-size tea bags
- 946.0 ml boiling water
- 177.44 ml sugar
- 3 lemons
- 946.0 ml ginger ale, chilled
- 8 mint sprigs
directions
- Steep the teabags in the boiling water until very strong. Add sugar and the juice of the lemons while still hot. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Just before serving, add chilled ginger ale to tea mixture.
- Serve over ice with a mint sprig.
