Miracle Mustard Marinade

"This recipe was originally for grilled asparagus but I've used it on lots of other things, changing the herbs used in some cases. Some suggestions: salmon (dill), chicken (rosemary or tarragon), pork (tarragon)."

  1. I was looking for a quick easy marinade for chicken breasts, using ingredients I had on hand. I used slightly more wine to make the marinade a little thinner, and used mixed Italian herbs instead of tarragon. I marinated for several hours, then grilled. Very tasty!

  2. Very good marinate! I added 4 tablespoons of wine to make the marinade thinner,I think I should have used 3 Tabsp. I only marinated for 1 hr,but will plan ahead next time and marinate longer.I used sage in the marinate on pork tenderloin. I baked instead of grill.Yummy! I will use your marinate for chicken and salmon. Thank Susan for sharing your recipe.
