Miso Glazed Mahi Mahi

"I love Miso Glazed fish and this is what I had on hand. Also loved that I cooked it on the George Foreman Grill but I think any electric grill would work. Easy Breezy Dinner in a flash. I served mine with Roasted Asparagus and Green Beans and Tomatoes..NOTE take into consideration how thick your fillets are. I cook mine about 4 minutes per inch thickness."

 1. This sauce tasted great. I was looking for a quick (like dinner in 15 min) and simple recipe for my fish fillets. I made the sauce, put it on the fish and fried it on a pan. Someday when I'm organized, I will try the 2-3 hr marinade version, but for a quick dinner in a hurry, it was fantastic! Thanks.

I am a working mom who still loves to provide healthy, tasty food for my family. I try to provide an assortment of ethnic, regional, just about anything kind of meals. There are no limits here. I love this website. I plan out all the menus and get help from my husband who makes these recipes I find here at least 3 times a week. My daughter who is two has started wanting to help so I am now looking for family friendly meals also.
