- 1⁄4 cup miso
- 2 -3 tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to your preference)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons of grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 2 -3 lbs salmon fillets or 2 -3 lbs salmon steaks
directions
- Mix all ingredients together until fully blent.
- Spread over salmon one hour before baking to marinate.
- Bake salmon for 15-20mins or depending on the size and thickness of the fish.

I'm a 28 years old wife who lives in the Bay Area with my hubby. I do not work. In my spare time I like to sample recipes from recipezaar. We eat out whenever we feel bored of our own cooking. That's why I gained weight over the past year. I go to the gym 3 times a week(sometimes not even twice a week).
