  1. Dessert contains 4 layers.
  2. 1st layer.
  3. Blend with pastry blender flour and margarine.
  4. Add chopped peanuts.
  5. Pat into a 9x13 pan.
  6. Bake 20 minutes at 350*.
  7. Cool and set aside.
  8. 2nd layer.
  9. Cream peanut butter with cream cheese.
  10. Add powdered sugar.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Fold in whipped topping.
  13. Spread over first layer.
  14. 3rd layer.
  15. Blend milk and pudding mixes until smooth.
  16. Spread over 2nd layer.
  17. 4th layer spread over pudding.
  18. Grate chocolate to garnish.
  19. Chop 1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts and sprinkle over top.
  20. Chill well.
  21. (At least 3to 4 hours).
