  1. LOVE this recipe!!!

  2. This recipe is easy and very delicious. I had a container of mixed berries in my freezer that I wanted to use up. I used those along with the remainder of 2 half bags of peaches and cherries. I love crispy crusts, so this sounded like the perfect recipe for me. My crust started to get too brown, so I pulled them out 10 minutes early (I only cooked 2, froze the other two, that could be part of the reason). Highly recommend this recipe, will use it again. Thanks for sharing!

  3. This is very tasty, and definitely easy! I loved that these had just the right amount of sweetness between the berries and sugar only in the topping. Thanks for sharing! Veggie Swap 49

  4. This recipe is absolutely delicious!!!! I used a combination of frozen blueberries and red raspberries that I had in the freezer. The redraspberries from my garden. I cut the recipe in 1/2 and used two small correll type bowls. One for us and one for sharing with my parents. Perfect sizes for two people.<br/>Made for Veggie Swap's VIP!!!

  5. Lovely dessert. I can't believe there is no sugar in the berries, yet the result was nice and sweet. I used a mixture of blueberries, blackberries and strawberries that I had throw in the freezer as they reached the end of their "fresh life" LOL. I unfortunately was out of rolled oats, so had to use quick cook oats which weren't ideal, but that was no fault of the recipe. Thanks for posting!

I'm a recipe junkie and collect way too many cookbooks. But when it's time to actually make something, I quickly turn to the internet... I started avoiding meat more than 20 years ago for environmental reasons. (It takes so many resources and the pollution risks of confinement operations are huge.) I've been vegan for years now and can report that the health benefits are also real. I really don't understand why people insist on eating meat
