  1. Cut cherries and strawberries in half. Set half the fruit aside and cook remainder with raspberries and sugar in saucepan over medium heat until fruit is very soft, about 7 minutes.
  2. Strain over a bowl, pressing out the juices. Discard solids. Cook strained juice, reserved fruit, orange juice, and orange zest in saucepan over medium heat until thick, about 20 minutes.
