- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 (5 ounce) bag baby greens
- 1⁄2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1⁄2 pint blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup slivered almonds
directions
- Whisk oil, vinegar, and honey in small bowl.
- Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- Combine greens, feta, and blueberries in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with nuts and serve.
