Directions

  1. In skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Drain liquid, place on paper towel and crumble.
  2. Pour into a small bowl the vinegar, mustard, and garlic. Mix these ingredients first, and then add olive oil and black pepper.
  3. In large bowl, toss the spinach, arugula. Pour half of the dressing on the greens and toss.
  4. Add the feta cheese, bacon, avocado and the remaining dressing, then toss.
  5. Season with pepper.
