  • Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
  • When pasta is almost done, slowly melt the butter over medium heat until golden.
  • Skim butter solids off top.
  • Drain pasta and toss with butter.
  • Sprinkle with cheese to taste.

  1. Yum! Closest I've had yet to the spaghetti factory! Moved away and I've missed it. I added a little minced garlic to the butter for good measure.

  5. DH always orders this at the local Spaghetti Factory. He is so happy that I found this recipe. He doesn't have to wait hours in line to get this for dinner any more. This is a quick and easy, but high fat dish to prepare. (Who doesn't need a little fat to keep your hair shining.) This is so delicious you must try it at least once. I plan to make it again.
