  1. Mmmmmmmmm!!! This is wonderful! I have made 2 jars of these this evening to give away as gifts tomorrow to my friends who love trying out various mixes and who are dropping in to celebrate my Second Zaar anniversary! I had to try out the mix myself tonight b'coz it smells so good(the mix in the jar, that is). I used 3 heaped tbsps. of this mix for 3/4th mug of boiling hot water. It tastes amazing and has worked well to wake me up from my tired state(was writing my assignment)! I have used Nescafe coffee, Nido milk powder and Nestle's Lite powdered coffee creamer in addition to the other ingredients. I did not have nutmeg on hand, so I used 1 1/4 tsps. cinnamon instead. Thanks, Auntie Di, for posting yet another great recipe! Thanks for being a part of Zaar and being by my side always:)

  2. This is just as good (better in my opinion since I got to choose my favorite brand of instant coffee) as any of the flavored coffee mixes I've ever bought in the stores. DH even thought it was just as good. Since the kids long ago destroyed all of my strainers, I used one of my crank sifters to run my instant coffee through--Taster's Choice, which comes in crystals rather than powder. We love that cinnamon and hint of nutmeg that come through with the chocolate, yet don't over-power it! Thank you for sharing this great recipe Di! Have you got any more of these up your sleeve? ;-) Oh, btw, I use 3 level scoops (from the Folgers Mocha Infusion) for our great big mugs and 2 level scoops for our traditional size mugs. This is the exact same amount as the Folgers mixes call for, yet costs less than half as much to make.

  3. I'm sorry I do not speak English well. But desire to thank you. Very delicious! ! ! This is one of the things my family loves. When desired taste to drink, I omit the sugar. Thanks for sharing, it is a keeper! From Japan.

  4. What are the directions for mixing this to drink?

  5. Very VERY good!! Gave it to all the teachers and it was such a hit. I also halved the cocoa (just used hersey's). The cinnamon and nutmeg really add depth... Thanks for sharing!
