  1. Combine flour, powder, salt, 2/3 c sugar, 1/4 c cocoa and cofee in large bowl.
  2. Combine milk, oil & vanilla; add to dry ingredients; stir well.
  3. Spoon into 8" square pan that has been sprayed.
  4. Combine 1/3 c sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa.
  5. Sprinkle over batter.
  6. Pour boiling water over batter (do not stir).
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
