  1. A real winner on a hot summer afternoon. Cools you down and picks you up at the same time. If you like coffee and chocolate, you must try this.

  2. In my quest for finding the perfect mocha milkshake, I must say this is it. Absolutely wonderful. It is made even better with whipped cream. I also improvised a little by adding an extra scoop of sugar-free reduced sugar ice cream along with skim milk. Thanks so much for posting.

  3. My 12 year old daughter made this by herself start to finish and proclaims it excellent. She cut the recipe in half, otherwise followed exactly and gives it an enthusiastic 5 stars.

  4. This was very thin. I added another 2 scoops of ice cream. I don't own instant coffee so I used Starbucks, and ran in thru twice. I also added sugar. I think with extra ice cream, or less milk, this would be a winner.

Tweaks

  1. Ditch the ice, hot water, and chocolate syrup, and just use chocolate instead of vanilla ice cream... DUH... just sprinkle the instant coffee over the chocolate ice cream in the blender, then mix till smooth. Easy Peasy.
