  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
  2. Prepared baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler over barely simmering water.
  5. Beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until pale and thick.
  6. Beat in the chocolate mixture, coffee granules, and vanilla.
  7. Mix the dry ingredients, pecans, hazelnuts, and chocolate chips
  8. Drop tbs of the dough 3 inches apart onto the cookie sheet.
  9. Bake until lightly cracked on top 20-25 min.
  10. Transfer to racks to cool.
