ingredients
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream
- 2 cups cold coffee
- 1 tablespoon rum
- whipped cream (a dollop)
- 1 dash nutmeg
directions
- Combine ice cream, coffee, rum in a blender container; blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately.

Yummy coffee drink. I didn't have rum, so I decided to use Creme de Cocoa to go with the chocolate ice cream.
